The Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic has been held annually since 1991, bringing a bit of flair to the capital's morning rush hour for a few days every year. It's an event designed to enchant, and definitely accomplishes that goal - who doesn't feel a thrill when looking overhead at the sight of twenty or thirty colorful hot air balloons?
