Running Toward A Better You


It's no wonder why running is becoming increasingly popular. All you need is a pair of running shoes and some motivation to help you improve your overall health and mood.

The infographic misses the key ingredient in successful, long term running: ice cream. Seriously. Well, sort of. Running is not about racing. See here for an alternative approach.

I have all kinds of shoes but I still can get myself motivated to even want to start to run. I might consider running if someone were to pay me. Isn't that incredibly sad?

You don't need shoes -- barefoot or sandals will work just fine.
