A Book Store With Only 1 Book
Visitors to a New York City bookstore can browse whatever category they want but all they will find is thousands of copies of a single book. Ed's Martian Book, on Hudson Street, only sells one book called 'Martian Summer: Robot Arms, Cowboy Spacemen, and My 90 Days With the Phoenix Mars Mission' written by 32-year-old Brooklyn author Andrew Kessler who calls himself the Monobookist.
The book is Mr. Kessler's account of NASA's 2008 Phoenix Mars Lander mission, reported during 90 days inside mission control, in Tucson, alongside 130 leading scientists and engineers. The store is part marketing ploy but also part meditation on the meaning of the book in an age of e-readers and a bankrupt Borders.

Cool concept, cool book. Here's a peek inside the store and more about the author: http://www.openroadmedia.com/authors/andrew-kessler.aspx
