Glitterboo adds photo-realistic sparkling effects to your pictures. It works with both graphics and photos, and you can download the results as an image or an animation.
Photos with a mixture of light and dark areas work especially well with the effect. The site is free for basic effects and resolutions. High resolution downloads and more photo effects are available for site members.
