Wait a second... Bruce Springsteen says "Born in the USA" several times in the song. I'm guessing that's where he got the title, and not from some coincidentally sent script that bore the same name. Unless he changed the song's lyrics to accommodate the new title, in which case the whole tidbit becomes exceedingly uninteresting.
