The
OCD Diet doesn't require that you count calories or grams of fat. There is no restriction on quantities or carbs, sugar or salt. The one single requirement is that you eat only foods in combinations that rhyme.
Like Chips, Skips and Strawberry Whips. Or Baked Steak in a Cadbury Flake Lake. And what about Ham, Spam and Jam Flan?
