The Harsh Reality Of Life In Remote Mongolia


Hundreds of Kazakhs brave temperatures of -40C between February and April each year as they make the 100-mile trek across the Altai mountains in western Mongolia. It takes them around five days to cross the mountains and reach the family's camp. They make journey with camels, sheep, goats, cows, horses and yak.
