When you're in Ikebukuro, a district in Tokyo, Japan, you got to visit the Ikefukurou cafe. It has fourteen owls for your viewing, photographing and petting pleasure. When visitors enter the cafe, they are given a short safety talk and then allowed to spend the rest of the time with the owls.
