In 2015 the Tour de France will start in Utrecht, a buzzing city in the heart of the Netherlands with a passion for cycling. In this video Tim has a romantic date to watch the start of the Tour the France in Utrecht with his girl. But he ends up at the wrong side of the barriers and has to find a way to get to her.
