Today Google is hosting an interactive doodle to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Rubik's Cube. Erno Rubik invented the cube in 1974 but it wasn't until 1980 that he toy became known outside his home country Hungary.
Google has an interactive model on its home page. You can click and drag outside the cube to rotate it, and click and drag inside the cube to twist.
