I've watch Austin decline for the past 11 years...too many people are moving here and the infrastructure can't support it. And if you like 110+ degree heat, mo' power too ya. I was born & raised in Texas, and grew up sticking my toes in the hot tar of the blacktop road in front of my house. As far as A&M goes...are the mtb trails still intact at Lake Bryan? I haven't been there in 14 years...last I heard, the west levee sprung a leak and they dozed The Wall and The Screamer. Sad, so sad.
