UAZ Crash
I'm not sure what's going on here. Looking at the number plates, this could be somewhere in Kazakhstan Mongolia. No one seems to give way to the other. Why? I don't know. UAZ is an initialism for Ulyanovsky Avtomobilny Zavod, an automobile manufacturer which makes off-road vehicles.

A Russian friend tells me that it's apparently Mongolia, and the town is Замын-Ууd
