A man goes into his local 7-11 to buy milk, bread, a newspaper, and a packet of chips to eat on the way home. When the total of purchases comes to $7.11 the man comments to the shop keeper about the strangeness of the total being the same as the store name.

The shop-keeper states that he multiplied the individual prices together to arrive at the total. The customer protests 'But you should add the prices together, not multiply them!' The shop-keeper replies that it will make no difference. The total will still be exactly $7.11. What are the four prices?

You can find the answer here.
