The Disappearing Pig

Bacon is prepared from several different cuts of meat. It is usually made from side and back cuts of pork, except in the United States, where it is almost always prepared from pork belly. But where exactly does bacon come from? Expert butcher Tom Mylan breaks down a pig until there's nothing left but salty, crispy bacon goodness.

Eating dead pigs (or any other animal) is gross. Think about it. Every time I see roadkill I'm glad I don't eat (much) meat.
