At first I thought they might be small-statured people who bore a close resemblance, but noticed the skin-tones were almost an exact match. Plus a few things seemed off, like the hand of the person on the left would likely be larger and stubbier if it were a little person.
These two have a long career in the special-effects industry, so they are likely miniature replicas they've created.
