Bats just love these shingled roofs! It makes a perfect habitat for them just like a cavern. At first when I was watching the video I thought they were rats but once they flew...yeah, they were bats alright.

I'd be more worried about the idiot builders than the bats. You don't remove tiles like that, not unless you want a massive repair bill. Cowboys.
