Ever seen this before? This video was taken in Singapore. Look in the middle of the video at the gap where the light and the darker cloud connect. Then read this article for an explanation.
Before I go to the link, it looks like extremely high voltage corona disharge. Both clouds are electrically charged, and as they near each other, lightning arcs between them.

Wow! The explanation is even more interesting!
Very cool, I am a bit of cloud lover and day dreamer. I would be thrilled if I saw something like that, even more so to capture it on video.
