BUT this begs the question:

Are they simply wearing kilts? OR are they wearing kilts in the traditional Scottish manner???

I don't understand why this is placed in the "funny" category. I wear kilts just about everywhere...hiking, teaching, church, pub, dinner with the wife, strolling around town, hardware store, cutting firewood...the list is nearly endless.
I am careful when climbing ladders, however. LOL
