Yes, Google Maps and Google Street View have provided us with some weird and astonishing captures. I still remember the story of a man who was cheating on his wife. She discovered the whole affair because of a Goggle Street View Capture which was taken when her husband was about to enter to his secret lover's house.

You saw that effect a lot in the early days of color video, especially the TV footage from the Apollo missions.
When an object moved suddenly, there would be that separation into red, green and blue.
