Japanese Summer Cooling Sprays

Japanese companies have an interesting new product up their sleeves: ice cold cooling foam sprays, which are advertised as to provide instant temperature cool downs for users. The spray is called 'Hokkyoku Monogatari' which translates to 'Tales of the North Pole.'

Forgive me, as my Japanese is a tad rusty, but I am pretty sure “Hokkyoku Monogatari” actually translates to “Fukushima Water”.

Great idea, but am I the only one cringing at the thought of the chemicals your skin absorbs for the sake of comfort?

Gotta echo Mr. Morris. What the hell is that stuff made of and why would I want to apply it frequently to my skin?
