The Dukes of Hazzard was an American television series that originally aired on the CBS television network from 1979 to 1985. It was inspired by the 1975 film Moonrunners. The follows Bo and Luke Duke, two cousins living in a rural part of the fictional Hazzard County, Georgia, with their cousin Daisy and wise old Uncle Jesse, racing around in their customized 1969 Dodge Charger, The General Lee, evading corrupt county commissioner Jefferson Davis 'Boss' Hogg and his inept county sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane.

One fact not mentioned is that the Dukes and Boss Hog lived in the same house. I went on a tour of the Warner Brother's Studio, and the house used for Boss Hog is filmed from one side, and when filmed from the other side it is Uncle Jessie's house.
