Creepy Pizza

Katsuobushi is the Japanese name for a preparation of dried, fermented, and smoked skipjack tuna. Used as a pizza topping, the heat from the pizza makes the flakes move around as if they were still alive.

It's the salt that makes these dead fish move. Their muscles are reacting to it.
