A dystopia is an imaginary place or state in which the condition of life is extremely bad, as from deprivation, oppression, or terror. It might be a nuclear bomb, a plague or even nature when she finally decides to release her fury on humankind. Regardless of the cause a dystopian world is or will be a truly frightening place.
