The smallest aquarium in the world was made by Anatoly Konenko, who lives in the Siberian city of Omsk. A glass cube measuring 30 by 24 by 14 mm, complete with sand, multi-coloured stones and seaweed can contain 10 ml of water and play home to tiny fish. The mini-aquarium is equipped with a water purification filter.
I have nothing against an aquarium where the animals have enough space to swim around but I can't believe these tiny fish are feeling very comfortable in such a small space.

I've been a diving instructor for over 20 years (and over 4000 dives) and it amazes me that people want to "keep" fish.
"Fish" move. They swim. They hide. They're curious! They get afraid!
Keeping fish in aquariums just for the amusement of the captor is just plain cruel.
Keeping fish in "the smallest aquarium" known, is much worse - it's sadistic.
I think Daniel is right because those poor fish look like their trying to get the hell out of there!
