Spanish chef MartÃn Berasategui has designed a bottle that decants wine sediments and keeps them from rising at the moment of pouring. The bottle acts without the need of any mechanisms.
Its design and architecture are the elements that make the dregs to stay, by the simple effect of physics, at the bottom of the bottle.
