Just drag the Get MarkUp icon into your bookmarks bar. When you want to make notes on a webpage, click your bookmarklet to load the MarkUp toolbar. You can make shapes with the Magic Marker, write with the Text tool, and publish to share your ideas.

It must be just you. It works for me.
When I went on the site, it norton told me it was trying to install spyware. Kinda suspicious
