These tips are good. Few know that walkingwhile standing tall helps improving self esteem.
I'm inclined to disagree that this is the proper way to walk. Before there was so much cushioning and support in our shoes (which wasn't that long ago in the spectrum of human life on earth), we walked more carefully, landing on the balls of our feet, and falling gently to our heels. I'm an advocate for barefoot running, which has done so much to remedy a lot of my foot ailments, and I can really see the sense in shoes that offer less, and taking more careful and deliberate steps, allowing my feet to do the job they've been evolving for for many millions of years.
