Her name is Arria and she is beautiful. What's more, she knows that and she surveys the Scottish landscape, arms outsretched like some giant four armed nineteen sixties soul diva about to launch in to a power ballad for the ages.
In fact she is the creation of sculptor Andy Scott and is the new figurehead for the Scottish New Town of Cumbernauld.
