For 13 years, I lived in San Antonio (in the Alamo Heights suburb) less than 2 miles away from this guy's house... and I never visited it. One of my life's greatest regrets!
I came across Barney Smith and his Toilet Seat Art Museum while researching an article for our home town museum, the Toilet Museum in Massachusetts. Barney is a remarkable character.
