I've seen this pic around. I wonder, is it supposed to be real or is it a a spoof?
Because the question is so badly flawed....Reykjavik is the only one of these that qualifies as a city, by accepted european standards.

I'm aware that in the u.s. you have places which call themselves cities, whilst consisting of six people, two houses, and a cow, but we generally expect a city to be somewhat more significant.
(Reykjavik, with a K not a C, by the way)
Kopavogur, well, it's a satellite town of Reykjavik. As is Hafnarfjordur.
Fjarðabyggð, incorrectly spelled on the "millionaire" screen, is a region, three very small towns sharing an administration.. on the east coast, a long way from the naughty volcano.

This image was pulled from a Saturday Night Live sketch in which Steve Harvey (played by Kenan Thompson as seen here) hosts a version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. The entire sketch can be viewed on Hulu.com, although only within the United States I believe.
