Google Fiber Sparks Online Competition Between Cities

Last month Google started its 'Fiber for Communities' program, a limited offer of laying down ultra-fast fiber networks in some locations. Ever since Google announced its plan, cities across the U.S. have been clamoring to curry the favor of the search giant.
