Emery Cat Board

Emery Cat Board grooms cats' claws while they play. No need to struggle with clippers - now your cat can trim his own claws.

Patented honeycomb surface works like a nail file to gently file away sharpness. Arched design is ideal for stretching and scratching. Strong enough to support larger cats.

I saw reviews claiming that this contraption actually tore their kitty's claw right out! Yikes!

My cats actually love theirs. One pad (they are replaceable thank God) lasts about 6 weeks, they tear it to shreds.

It's actually just compressed corragated cardboard.

I have one of those round ones that have the corragated cardboard in the middle and a ball on a round track around the edges.

My cats LOVE the shreddy cardboard ones, and I've toyed with the idea of using spray glue to attach sand to it.

However, I wonder if it might not just sharpen their claws up instead of blunting them off..

I've also read that some cats have inadvertently ripped off their own claws from using this brand of this device.
