Um, er, how could one see this unless their computer was on? The bigger wonder is why post this at all?
Um, er, duh... it's a joke, stupid.
yeah, the joke is how its written using a frameset (they could have easily used an iframe or even just a redirect), and using images to hold text with a border.
I made a test. I turned off PC, turned ON iPhone and it still displayed that. N00bish!
