An anonymous American teacher who calls herself Mrs. Q has started a school lunch project. She is eating school lunch just like the kids to raise awareness about what students eat every day.
She hopes the USA becomes more reflective about how the food children eat affects their well-being and success in school.

When I was in high school, it wasn't that uncommon for teachers to eat lunch from the cafeteria. It looked a bit better then the food in the photo, but it was still school food.
