Hi Gerard, general opinion is that this is fake, a viral advert for rayban. If you look closely the implement he is using is just like a pen, there is not reddening or bleeding of the face.
If YOU look closer you will see that there is 'bleeding of the face' and also redness around the eyebrow area. The 'pen' used is indeed a tattoo gun. If it is a viral advert, Ray Ban has lowered their standards as this is just too tacky.

Yeah, I wasn't sure but that was my first impression too.
