Snaefell was ready to ride. As you can see, the result is really impressive.

Definitely WTF and pointless.
Ugly as. I'll bet it's really heavy for a combo too.
And underpowered to boot. That looks like an on Laverda engine in there. Maybe it was a good engine back in the seventies, not so good more than thirty years on.
Looks heavy, but like the looks. I just wonder how much over 10 lbs/hp it is.
