I guess the guy sitting on the flowerpot for not having washed his hands after he finished?? Or is it the cameraman for the poor quality of his camerawork?
The man in the video is a "native" canadian, therefore, cannot be deported the way Americans dispose of people. He should be found and offered placement in an "in-house" treatment program and a class on etiquette.
