Facial yoga is healthy and useful. It helps for toning up the facial muscles. To reduce crow’s feet, one can start with the eye area by moving the muscles around the eye area without creasing the forehead. The cheeks can be exercised by filling them with air with lips closed and moving the air between the two cheeks and between the upper and lower lips and then releasing the air.
