President Bush was never a competent public speaker. There have been plenty of other gaffes made by everyone from Democratic presidents to leaders of foreign nations. This is a propaganda piece designed to make Bush look bad. And frankly it did a real good job. But any idiot can collect clips of famous people saying stupid things.
