It is the city of Edinburgh of the Seven Seas, on the Island of Tristan da Cunha - the most remote permanent settlement in the world! I would love to visit some day.

I just looked up Edinburgh of the Seven Seas...Fantastic place...sooo remote..i want to retire there
I thought it was gonna be the hideout of the villain from the Incredibles or something like that. That volcano still looks too perfect to be real.

I immediately recognised the place, allthough I never looked for it via Googlemaps, thanks to the fact I read the novel of Raoul Schrott. Fascinating!
