Really Thin Buildings And Houses In Japan

In Japan, where real estate is prohibitively expensive, there are lots of thin buildings. You've probably seen one of these: quaintly slender buildings sandwiched between two large ones; sharp, pointed corner structures hugging every available space.

So if you're bemoaning the cramped, crowded flat you're holed up in somewhere in Tokyo, just be thankful you don't live or work inside one of these claustrophobic structures.

It was cool to read about them. I can't imagine living there. It's really scary for me.

Thin buildings and houses in Japan are a fascinating architectural phenomenon that adds a unique charm to the country's urban landscape. From sleek, narrow townhouses to slender skyscrapers nestled between bustling streets.
Estate agents, navigating the market for thin buildings and houses requires a deep understanding of both the cultural context and the practical considerations involved.
