I Saw A Sea Slug Near The Sea Shore

Nudibranch! A strange name that comes from the Latin for 'naked' and the Greek for 'gills.' These beautiful creatures, often casually termed sea slugs, are beautiful, strange and unusual beings.

Come for a while in to their world, with the help of some breath-taking macro-photography.

My daughter has informed me that sea slugs are self eviscerating. Its a self defense mechanism. Yuck.
