The Hamburger Fatty Melt is a burger with two grilled cheese sandwiches as its bun.

Just an FYI to folks thinking about making this. That hamburger patty is not cooked (still raw/pink on the inside). Meat departments grind up the expiring meat to make ground beef. One of the many reasons ground beef has to be cooked all the way through. Ground beef is not fresh meat.
Doubleback on that FYI: Ground beef can be cooked to a safe internal temperature and remain pink inside. Use a good probe thermometer. 160F for the brave and confident of their meat quality or those that have the butcher grind down a whole cut of meat for them or grind their own. 165F for the faint of heart, or those that buy their beef pre-ground.
