This image shows the first Google storage system. In 1996 Google had its headquarters in one of the founders' dorm. At that time 4 GigaByte hard disks were the largest available, so they assembled 10 of these drives into a low-cost
LEGO cabinet.
The equipment is currently on display at the Stanford University Museum.
