The Denver Art Museum in Colorado, USA, has a project called Bubbloo. Bubbloo is an interactive space where people step or jump on projected bubbles. Popping the bubbles flip over parts of a mosaic that are part of a wall projection to reveal objects from the collection.
When the object is totally revealed, there's an end screen which gives some detail about the artwork, where it's located in the museum, and a credit line for the experience.

I went to the DAM a couple weeks ago while on vacation and saw about a dozen kids playing with the installation. Once they left, I popped a few of the bubbles myself. As far as interactive art goes, I found this to be one of my favorite exhibits in the museum.
next generation bubble wrap!
