The Wide Divide


In 1940, half of the execituves earned more than 56 times the average worker's pay. In the 1980s, executive compensation began to rise faster than the earnings of most workers.

In 2004, half of the executives earned more than 104 times the average worker's pay, and the top 10 percent earned at least 350 times the average worker's pay.

Yes. Rise up workers and open your own corporations and stop bitching when you don't make the investments and take the risks.
