What Is That Thing?

Here's something for conspiracy theorists. Through Google Earth, an object is found in the middle of Greenland. It is 79,83 kilometers long. That's 49,61 miles. What is that thing?

I think it's a glitch in the satellite image processing.

Come frickin' on!

Haven't people heard of seasons?

How about some of the pictures were taken during the summer some during the winter?

Doh. That would make perfect sense.
