He got the idea of a 'smoking point' in one of the walls of the restaurant after the state government issued a smoking ban in public.

That's hilarious. The other day I posted a story about Canadian Folk musician Stompin Tom Connors, who turned down a gig because there was no smoking allowed. He was concerned not just for him but for his fans. Mr. Connors was described as an avid smoker.
