Not sure I get this. I went to this page in three different browsers, and they all looked the same. What exactly is the point? Or is this maybe a PC only thing?
Actually in IE the picture at the bottom is a different color and smaller then the text above it. I think the site is try to be cute about how IE doesn't follow W3C (is that right? not a web designer) standards.
