What a great idea. How come no one thought of this before?
They did. Colored toilet paper is annoying to those of us with dye allergies. I spent much of the 90s having to bring my own toilet paper to hotels - argh. If they colored the cardboard tube, that would be cool.
Yeah, not really new. In the seventies, the papoer always matched the colored fixtures.
